Natural springs fall into the sea giving the swimmer a tantalising experience of warm sea and cool springs mingling. The area us popular with the local fishermen. The nearby Golden Beach is a nesting site for Turtles, and is just 10 minutes walk. Many beautiful walks await you. The ‘Oasis’ is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, where herbs grow in abundance. Springtime flowers, including rare wild orchids give a riot of colour. Donkeys wander in the surrounding hills, and the birdlife is particularly rich in April and May with Bee-eaters, Hoopoes, Rollers and Golden Orioles to name a few.
